Here are the details:
- You only have to devote 21 minutes a day! Time: 8:30 pm - 8:51 pm MST. You can do this!
- Set an intention for the second half of 2022 and empower it and yourself with a 21-day meditation practice.
- Create a sacred space, indulge in a fancy meditation cushion, wear a mala, burn some sage, select the perfect essential oil for the journey, light a candle... and meet me in meditation!
