Dear Seeker,

Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong in this world? Or that, no one else understood you? Which makes it really difficult to then have someone who does get you and can help guide you. I have journeyed most of life in this exact state of being. It’s not easy…

I have often asked myself how I was able to find my way and navigate through the tough times and challenges of life - early struggles of being highly sensitive, grieving my losses, making big moves, birthing my child, running my business… and all by myself! It’s a lot - and honestly, I owe my success to my unhealed pain which has forever been my motivation and guide. ‍ ‍

My story has been both beautiful, and brutal. And, through it all my healing has awakened my gifts and facilitated a deeper calling to facilitate the healing journey of others and help them rise in their own lives! What was the “key” element that allowed me to do this? I have to give credit to my spirit, my light, and my guide - for my spirituality is both practical & magical, and my true success.

I have had a lot of help along the way… from my formal education and degree in Health Science, to a life coach, a spiritual mentor, many healers, a reiki master, a medicine man, and an esoteric teacher - whom all inspired my healing and changed my life.

In the path that unfolded, I began to share my gifts in a holistic way - allowing integrative bodywork to led to healing that serves the soul, and eventually and/or hopefully, to spiritual coaching that encourages personal growth and real change. Where breathing matters… and living exists.

I am grateful, and I am blessed. As a magical woman, beloved mother, massage therapist, holistic healing practitioner, and business owner, I strive for optimal health & wellness while holding a space that is soft and safe, and aligned with the divine.
