The Sacred Rasa Events are moments in time that inspire us and are meant to keep our spiritual nature alive and thriving! When you’re ready to take your wellness and spiritual path to the next level, consider joining me for a Sacred Rasa Retreat.
At the retreat, we dive in fully! Imagine waking up with the sun, affirming your daily mantra, and beginning a magical morning with mindful yoga and a nourishing walk. After a cup of coffee or tea and a brief beauty break, we’ll move into a holistic lesson, group alchemy, rich discussion, and sacred pauses for meditation and healing. These practices will stir up powerful energy, so we’ll ground together over a nutritious dinner and complete the evening with a gentle ceremony and prayer circle.
Day One is dedicated to the Body. Day Two is dedicated to the Soul. Day Three is dedicated to Spirit.
